Just when I thought I was sane...
CIBC has lost my loan remission application with only 2 months left to apply for it. Anyone who has applied for loan remission understands the importance of having up to $15 000 erased from their owing student loans. To add to this no peoplle actually work at the BC Student Assistance office, no really, only automated, useless phone voices telling you NOTHING!!!!
And so the saga begins, it is always so easy to borrow, and everyone can find you, call you, talk to you in order to guarentee that they recieve payments but...
great customer service on behalf of the CIBC and BCSAP, you guys suck! And the rest of my day, well, I'll do my best while accomplishing nothing I'm sure.
