June 25, 2004so much...In well trained point form: * we got the REALLY great place, moving next Saturday ~ 1 mutant ferret currently gnawing on my ankle/my earlobe/my ankle * so looking forward to tomorrow night's festivities ~ not playing with my own fire in the dark, not yet, stay posted for my grand entrance onto the fire-weaving scene in coming weeks * I am loving the summer although I fear I will miss most of it. My days are spent working and waiting for my life to regain equilibrium. *squeezes* to every 'friend' I meet tomorrow.

June 13, 2004wishin' and hopin'Okay, so I know I’m supposed to be working but I feel like some weird little kid who can hardly keep still for wishing on something. There is this suite, a REALLY cool suite and because I am pretty damn sure that I will never get to live there I am wishing like crazy rather than planning where I will put all of my stuff. So harsh!!!!

June 05, 2004hopeful requestThis is a request to all of the Sparkling People, Especially (the) Cute ones, who read my blog. I am sure that we have all begun digesting the fact that June 26 will be a historic experience in the world of secret midnight dance gatherings as we know it. Mr. Fritz is putting a great deal of effort into this last event and I am writing to you now to virtually beg for some type of written reflection, if only two lines that express how these particular gathering have influenced/affected/enhanced/enlightened your lives. I realize that this is not the ideal venue for asking such a question but I am somewhat at a loss. This very same request was sent out some weeks ago by the man himself and he received only one reply. Our plan is to have your words blended with the images of people and lights moving across an outdoor screen as we dance the sleepy sun up. That being said, if there are no words written there shall be no words to share. This request comes from me a lowly newbie who arrived long after the cherished cards had been retired, but one who loves and is thankful for all that this group did to enhance her appreciation of people and music. I am asking you to show a sign of appreciation that Jimi Fritz can see and hold onto. It may take you 30 seconds or 3 days to write something, just please take some time and do it. If you prefer to keep you thoughts anonymous that is completely acceptable, send me an email, I will keep your name to myself and/or pass it along to Mister Fritz who will not divulge it to anyone. Please send this link onto anyone else that you think would like to leave a note, if somebody has ever been there they will likely have something to share about it! I have inside information that says this will be the greatest outdoor event he has ever hosted, we can make it even that much better for us and for our hosts. that is all... Sluree
